In response to Novell's arguments, which I presented as text in the previous article SCO filed its Reply Memorandum in Further Support of its Motion for Reconsideration or Clarification of the Court's August 10, 2007 Order, which I now present as text also. You can hold them up side by side and figure out who is making sense. Here's the Judge Dale Kimball's Order that SCO would like him to reconsider or clarify. You will notice that SCO makes the point that contrary to Novell's assertion, the issue of whether incidental SVRX royalties should go to Novell was not fully briefed. Let's look at that a little more closely. |
